Information on the professional indemnity insurance:

Professional indemnity insurance according to the regulatory requirements:

Fiduciary malpractice insurance for attorneys at R+V Versicherung AG, Raiffeisenplatz 1, 65189 Wiesbaden, Germany. Covered amount per insured event 250,000 Euro, Annual maximum total limit, however, 1,000,000 Euro. Effective since October 16th, 2014. According to no. 6 of the contract the following exceptions apply: The insurance coverage does not apply for liability claims in front of foreign courts; this applies as well for national enforcement orders (Section 722 of the German Civil Process Order (Zivilprozessordnung, ZPO) and due to the violation or nonobservance of foreign law. The above exclusions do not apply for European foreign countries, Turkey and the countries on the area of the former Soviet Union including Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
